Refund policy

تلتزم إدارة المتجر بتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق ممكنة، وعليه تم اعتماد سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق الشروط والأحكام التالية:

أولاً: مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها 14 (أربعة عشر) يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

ثانياً: شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يشترط لقبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ما يلي:

* أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية كما تم استلامه.

* أن يكون غير مستخدم، غير ملبوس، وغير متضرر.

* أن يكون المنتج مرفقاً بكافة ملحقاته وتغليفه الأصلي.

* تقديم ما يثبت عملية الشراء (فاتورة أو رقم الطلب).

ثالثاً: الاستبدال

* تتم معالجة طلبات الاستبدال خلال مدة 2 (يومي عمل) من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

* تفرض رسوم استبدال مقدارها 2 دينار كويتي، وهي رسوم مخصصة لتغطية تكلفة شركة التوصيل (المندوب) وليست رسوماً ربحية للمتجر.

رابعاً: الاسترجاع

* تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع خلال مدة 7 (سبعة أيام عمل) من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

* تفرض رسوم استرجاع مقدارها 2 دينار كويتي، وهي رسوم مخصصة لتغطية تكلفة شركة التوصيل (المندوب) وليست رسوماً ربحية للمتجر.

* يتم رد المبلغ للعميل باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو وفق ما يتم الاتفاق عليه

 

ملاحظات هامة

* يحتفظ المتجر بحقه في رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

* لا تشمل سياسة الاسترجاع المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن خصومات أو عروض ترويجية، أو باستخدام أكواد خصم، ويحق للمتجر استثناؤها من الاسترجاع وفقاً لتقديره.

* يعتبر إتمام عملية الشراء موافقة ضمنية من العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة في هذه السياسة.

 

 

The store is committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. Accordingly, the following Exchange and Return Policy has been established :

1. Exchange & Return Period

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of order delivery.

2. Conditions for Exchange & Return

To be eligible for exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

* The product must be in its original condition as received.

* The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

* The product must include all original packaging and accessories.

* Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or order number).

 

3. Exchange Policy

* Exchange requests are processed within 2 (two business days) from the date the product is received.

* An exchange fee of 2 KWD applies, covering courier costs only and not considered a profit fee for the store.

4. Return Policy

* Return requests are processed within 7 (seven business days) from the date the product is received.

* A return fee of 2 KWD applies, covering courier costs only and not considered a profit fee for the store.

* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with the customer.

Important Notes

* The store reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not meet the above conditions.

* Products purchased under discounts, promotional offers, or using discount codes are not eligible for return, and the store reserves the right to exclude such items from return at its sole discretion.

* Completing a purchase constitutes the customer’s acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
